Victoria's journey began over decade ago, in 2014, when she discovered the transformative power of mindfulness practice. Five years into her personal exploration, she began taking classes to deepen her understanding of mindfulness. Currently, she's enrolled in the Mindfulness Meditation Teaching Certification program led by Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield, set to graduate in January 2025. This experience is further equipping her to guide others on their mindfulness journey.
The StillPoint Mindfulness Co was born from a simple realization: mindfulness should be available to everyone, regardless of their background or financial situation. Our organization aims to introduce this powerful practice to those who haven't heard of it and provide guidance to those who might not otherwise have access.
Our goal is to demystify mindfulness meditation, making it approachable and relevant to all. Whether you're new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your practice, we're here to support you in cultivating awareness, compassion, and inner peace—one breath at a time.
